We are busy all day. This hiking route through the woods of Groningen gives you some time to soak up nature.
A health program called ‘Shinrin-Yoku’ developed by the Japanese explains why it is very important to be in nature sometimes. It gives us the energy we need to do our daily tasks and ensures that we have less health problems, such as increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, depressed feelings and stress.
On this route there is space to hike, to rest and to enjoy the sound of birds, frogs and ducks.
